 Tomorrow, for the first time in WEEKS, I am going to have the house to myself for a couple of hours. And I am going to WRITE!!

I'm so burnt out lately that I've barely even done anything for fandom_stocking and I feel horribly guilty about it, so. Also I'm signed up for a couple of exchanges, and there's the small detail of the neverending second draft of that novel...


...okay, so there's a better than average chance that I'm going to actually just spend three quarters of the day in bed. Which would also probably be beneficial. Winter is so awful for my brain, and the worst part is that we're not even getting snow; it's just soggy and brown and miserable here. We had a thunderstorm today. A thunderstorm. In Upstate NY. In January. What the fuck.

I like to turn the bed warmer on, pile up blankets and pillows until I have a warm nest, gather dried fruit and a thermos of hot tea to the bedside table, and then crawl into bed and peek my nose and hands out so I can make story notes in Google docs from my phone. There's an app for that now. It's great.
